Deatra Pottebaum is the Founder & CEO of Rainmaker Resources, LLC, a WBENC-certified Woman-Owned Business consistently recognized as one of the region’s largest executive search firms. With degrees in Finance and Accounting and early career experience at a Fortune 500 corporation as well as with a national executive search firm, Deatra built the foundation for a career focused on connecting top-tier talent with transformative business opportunities.
Since founding Rainmaker in 2010, she has grown the firm into a trusted partner for organizations seeking both Finance and Accounting recruiting and professional services acquisition advisory. Rainmaker’s expertise lies in aligning human capital strategies with long-term business objectives, delivering leadership that drives growth and advising on acquisitions that expand organizational capability.
